Snow Removal

Since we have been annexed into the city, snow removal falls under the jurisdiction of the city of Bend. The city will often sub this job out to private individuals with a pickup with a plow blade. The homeowners association has no control over this anymore, but we can put in calls to the city requesting a plow when the snow gets deep. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the city, and after a heavy snowfall it can take time for them to get around to us.
